We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Art Rugs. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the following to understand our refund and return process.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@homeart.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
